BOMGAR is the system we here in IR, the EOC, the Radio Shop and the GIS Lab support you. Bomgar is a remote support solution that allows us to remotely connect to your computer or mobile device. Using the Bomgar Representative Console, we can access and control systems and devices remotely, including personal computers, smartphones, tablets, servers, switches, point-of-sale systems and others. Although its main focus is the access to computers located anywhere in the world, the remote support applications also provide features like file transfer, desktop sharing, file synchronization, command line or guest accessibility.

If you call the IR Help Desk, EOC, Radio Shop or GIS Lab, you’ll likely get connected using BOMGAR. You can also use this system to chat with us when phone call or email support are not an option.
