DUO Security is how we protect your Texas A&M Forest Service account. DUO combines something you know (like your password) with something you have (like your smartphone). Put them together, and your account is much more secure. Most of the resources you use now require DUO. Here are some quick steps to get started:

New to DUO?

Pro Tip: A smartphone with the DUO Mobile app installed is highly recommended.

Got a new phone?

  • Go to https://password.tfs.tamu.edu
  • Sign in
  • Click "My Settings & Devices"
  • DUO using the "Call Me" button
  • Find your phone options and click "Reactivate Duo Mobile"
Got a new phone number?

  • Give us a call at the IR Help Desk.

Fully detailed instructions for all of the above are available for download in the Manuals section below. Another way to use DUO is via a USB key from Yubico. If you get hung up at any point or are interested in a Yubikey, give us a call at the IR Help Desk.
