Vehicle Coordinators help Texas A&M Forest Service keep fleet data up to date. Key FASTER activities of a Vehicle Coordinator include:

Entering month end meter readings.
Recording external maintenance and repair work orders (sublets).
Verifying fuel log data in FASTER matches the vehicle log.

The meter readings, work orders and fuel log verification are tasks that should be completed at the end of each month. This data is critical to helping TFS report fleet activity to the state as well as drive the FASTER preventative maintenance module.
