Monthly inspections are a critical part of vehicle or heavy equipment health at Texas A&M Forest Service. Whether you are a vehicle operator conducting a basic check on a truck, sedan or SUV, an incident responder checking out your engine or service truck or a heavy equipment operator inspecting your transport, dozer, or motor grader, use the logs below to begin your inspections. Select the inspection log that best matches the type and use of your vehicle. Pro Tip: If you are not engaged in incident response activity, use the basic log.

Remember: Inspections for all agency vehicles are due monthly and should be entered into FASTER as work orders. Instructions are below.
